急性主动脉夹层的临床分析

目的对急性主动脉夹层的确诊和治疗效果作仔细的临床分析。方法我院从2006年3月-2010年6月所收治的急性主动脉夹层患者30例，进行影像学检查观察检出率，并给予保守治疗或者手术治疗，并观察其疗效。结果保守治疗患者4例，其中死亡1例，经手术治疗26例，死亡3例，其中急诊手术（在人院后24h内）10例，死亡1例，限期手术16例，死亡2例。结论采用适当的影像学检查方法和适宜的治疗手段，对急性主动脉夹层的诊断与治疗有十分必不可少的作用．此举能提高患者的生存机会与生存质量。

Clinical analysis of acute aortic dissection

Objective To acute aortic dissection diagnosis and treatment effect for careful clinical analysis. Methods Our hospital from 2006 March to 2010 June were treated 30 cases with acute aortic dissection, imaging observation of detection rate, and given conservative treatment or operation treatment, and observation of its curative effect. Results 4 cases of conservative treatment of patients, including one case died after operation, 26 cases 3 cases treated, death, including emergency operation ( in 24 hours after admission ) in 10 cases, 1 cases of death, for operation in 16 cases, 2 cases of death. Conclusion With appropriate imaging examination method and the appropriate treatment of acute aortic dissection, diagnosis and treatment are very essential role, it can improve the survival and quality of life.
