盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入在小儿支气管肺炎治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸人治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择该院2010年9月-2011年12月住院的支气管肺炎患儿87例,分为观察组(n=47)和对照组(n=40)。2组均给予常规抗感染及对症治疗,对照组采用α-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入治疗,观察组采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,比较2组患者治疗效果及不良反应。结果观察组痊愈26例,显效11例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率为91.49%;对照组痊愈15例,显效10例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率为72.50%.2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部哕音消失时间,住院时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化吸人治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著,不良反应少,患儿依从性高,值得临床推广使用。

Application of ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization in the treatment of infant bronchopneumonia
Abstract:Objoctive To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization in treatment of infant bronchopneumonia. Methods Eighty-seven cases of infant bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from Sept. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were given antiinfection, symptomatic and supportive treatment conventionally. The observation group was received ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization and the control was given α-chymotrypsin nebulization. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significant higher than that of the control group(91.49% Vs. 72.50%, P<0.05). The duration of clinic symptoms in the observation group, including fever, cough and rale and length of stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Azithromycin is effecting in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia of children with less side effect. It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride nebulization is effective in treating infant bronchopneumonia with mild adverse reactions. It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
