两种小儿静脉留置针固定方法的效果比较

目的对两种小儿静脉留置针固定方法的效果进行比较，找出更有效的固定方法，使留置针保留时间更长。方法将100例进行静脉穿刺置管的患儿随机分为实验组和对照组，50例实验组采用小胶贴固定针眼、导管座后再用无菌透明敷贴覆盖固定的方法；50例对照组采用直接透明敷贴覆盖固定的方法。结果实验组比对照组留置针保留的时间长l-2d，不良反应少。结论实验组小儿静脉留置针固定后留置时间比对照组长1-2d，针头脱出，软管反折，对皮肤挤压的现象更少，实验组的固定方法优于对照组．值得临床推广。

Efficacy comparison on two fixation methods of the venous indwelling needle in children

Objective To compare the effects of two methods for fixing indwelling needle at vein in children, searching for more effective fixation method so that the indwelling needle can be fixed well and longer at vein. Methods 100 cases of the children with venous puncture catheterization were divided randomly into the experimental group and the controlled group. 50 cases of them （the experimental group） were performed by the methods of the pinpoint fixation with the min-sticks, the catheter beds and the sterilized-transparent-dressing-coverage fixation; 50 cases （the controlled group） were performed by the direct-transparent-dressing-coverage fixation. Results The retention time of the venous indwelling needle in the experimental group was longer 1-2days than that of the venous indwelling needle in the controlled group. Conclusion After fixation of the venous indwelling needle for children, the retention time of the experimental group was longer than that of the controlled group, and the drop of the needle, the reflex of the catheter and the compression of the skin were less. So the fixation method of the＂ experimental group better than that of the controlled group. The method of the experimental group is worthy to be popu- larized.
