摘    要:人力资源是医院最重要的基础性资源,医院的发展离不开一支稳定的、高质量的人才队伍,没有人才谈何特色,没有人才谈何发展,没有人才谈何生存。本文通过本区二级综合性医院人才流失的各种原因进行分析。总结存在的问题.积极探索稳定人才、留住人才的有效对策,对提高医院核心竞争力具有至关重要的作用。
