降脂通脉与西洛他唑胶囊联合治疗脑动脉供血不足的疗效分析

目的观察降脂通脉与西洛他唑胶囊联合治疗脑动脉供血不足的疗效。方法选取我院收治的脑供血不足患者80例并随机分实验组和对照组，实验组给予降脂通脉与西洛他唑胶囊联合治疗，对照组给予磷酸川芎嗪注射液常规治疗，观察2组患者的疗效。结果实验组其总有效率为90．O％，对照组总有效率为70．0％，实验组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。实验组治疗后其WHOQOL-BREF评分明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论脑降脂通脉与西洛他唑胶囊联合治疗脑动脉供血不足疗效确切。可明显改善患者的临床症状和生活质量。

Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsule Combined with cilostazol treatment of cerebral arterial insufficiency in the efficacy analysis

Objective To observe the Jiangzhi Tongmai with cilostazol capsule in treating cerebral arterial insufficiency effect. Methods In our hospital of cerebral insufficiency 80 cases and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group was given Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsule Combined with cilostazol treatment, the control group was given routine treatment of ligustrazine phosphate injection, two groups were observed in patients with a curative effect. Results A group of the total efficiency of 90% for the control group, the total efficiency of 70%, the total efficiency of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05), the difference is significant. The experimental group after treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Brain Jiangzhi Tongmai with cilostazol capsule in treating cerebral arterial insufficiency of exact curative effect, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
