绝经后阴道流血258例临床分析

目的探讨绝经后阴道流血的原因与恶性肿瘤的关系以及阴道流血距绝经的时间。方法对我院2005年1月～2010年12月在门诊就诊的绝经妇女258例病历进行回顾性分析。结果良性疾病139例,占53.88%;非器质性疾病75例,占29.07%;恶性肿瘤44例,占17.05%。结论绝经后阴道流血患者中良性疾病最多,但随年龄增长及绝经时间延长,恶性肿瘤发生率明显增高。

258 Cases of clinical analvsis of post-menopause colporrhagia

Objective To explore the cause of post-menopause colporrhagia and the relationship with malignant tumor, and the time between colporrhagia and post-menopause. Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 258 cases of menopausal women visited in out-patient department of our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010. Results There were 139 cases of innocence disease, 75 cases of non-parenchymal disease and 44 cases of malignant tumor, which accounted for 53.88%, 29.07% and 17.05%, respectively. Conclusion Innocence disease is the most disease in the post-menopause colporrhagia patients, and the incidence of malignant tumor obviously raises up with the growing of age and the prolongation of post-menopausal time.
