| 摘 要： | 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的l晦床疗效。方法将确诊为急性脑梗死126例随机分为两组，治疗组62例，对照组64例。治疗组：采用依达拉奉联合低分子肝素、阿司匹林肠溶片、奥扎格雷进行抗凝、抗血小板对症治疗。对照组：使用除去依达拉奉外其他药物治疗手段，包括尿激酶溶栓治疗。结果通过神经缺损评分（NDS）按照脑卒中临床神经缺损评分标准进行评分比较，治疗组显效率明显高于对照组。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死明显降低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction of the clinical curative effect.Methods Diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction 126 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group 62 examples,and the control group(n=64).The treatment group:by edaravone in combination of low molecular heparin,aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,ozagrel antithrombotic,platelet symptomatic treatment.The control group:use to remove edaravone in the other treatment,including NiaoJiMei fibrinolytic therapy.Results Through the nerve defects score(NDS) according to stroke clinical nerve defects rating criteria compared,the treatment group show efficiency higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly reduce morbidity. |
