奥美拉唑的药理及临床应用

奥美拉唑（Omeprazole，OME）为1982年开始用于临床的新一代抑制胃酸分泌药药物，用于治疗消化性溃疡和其他与胃酸相关的疾病有良好的疗效。现将其药理及临床应用介绍如下。1．奥美拉唑的药理学特性1．1抑制胃酸分泌：胃酸主要是盐酸。盐酸是由胃粘膜上的壁细胞分泌的。壁细胞具有胃泌素受体、组织胺第2（H2）受体和乙酸胆碱（毒草碱M1）受体，分别接受胃泌素、组织胺和乙酰胆碱的刺激而引起胃酸分泌。也分别为丙谷胺、甲氰咪胍和哌吡氮平所拮抗。OME的作用不是拮抗某一受体，而是阻断胃酸分泌的最后步骤，故能产生最强大的抑酸效果。酸…

THE EFFECT OF 25 CASES WITH PEPTIC ULCER TREATED WITH OMEPRAZOLE

25 cases with peptic ulcer as a treating group were treated with omeprazole (OME) produced by Sanye pharmaceutical factory in Haikou, China and 6 cases with the same disease as a control group were treated with Losec produced by Astra pharmaceutical corporation in Sweden.All the patients were diagnosed by endoscope. In the treating group there were 6 cases with gastric ulcer(Gu)17 ones with duodenal ulcer (Du)and to ones with compound ulcer (Gu+Du) In the control group there was one case with Gu and 5 ones with Du,All the ulcers were in their active stage.The method of therapy was 20mg (1 capsul) orally per day in both groups.the course was 2 weeks (3 cases in treating group and two cases in control group)or 4 weeks (22 cases in freting group and 4cases in euntrol group),The result showed that the healing rate of the ulcers was 100% in both groups, the relieving time of the symptoms was almost the same in both groups and no obvious side effects were found in both groups too.we consider that the price of OME produced in china is rather cheaper than that of Losec so tliat the national OME may be hued as a substitution for Losec.
