| 摘 要： | 恶性胶质瘤32例,18例术后应用化学、放射线同步化治疗;14例行单纯放射线治疗作为对照组。结果证明,同步化治疗的近期疗效及1a、2a 生存率高于对照组。说明对恶性胶质瘤术后行同步化治疗有较好的疗效,是目前首选的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | In the past three years,32 patients with malignant glioma have been treated in our depart- ment.Among them,18 patients were treated with combined chemoradiotherapy and 14 with simple irradiation.The result showed that initial response (short-term effect and 1 to 2 years survival rate) were higher in patients treated with scheduled chemoradiotherapy than that in patients treared with simple irradiation.The author considered that combined chemoradiotherapy is a good method up to now and may be the first choice for the treatment of malignant glioma after operation. |
