微粒化非诺贝特对肾移植术后高脂血症和环孢素A浓度的影响

摘    要:目的观察苯氧芳酸类降脂药物非诺贝特对肾移植患者血脂代谢和环孢素A(CsA)浓度、尿酸水平的影响。方法56例高脂血症的肾移植患者服用微粒化的非诺贝特200mg/d,一个月后观察其血脂、尿酸水平和CsA浓度的变化。结果治疗一个月后患者甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(T-CHOL)均降低,TG降低更为明显,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平升高。CsA浓度用药前后无明显改变,尿酸水平降低。结论非诺贝特可显著改善肾移植患者的高TG血症,且对环孢素A浓度影响不大。对高尿酸血症患者有降低尿酸作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of fenofibrate on hyperlipidemia,CsA concentration and uric acid in renal transplantation.Methods:56 hyperlipidemic cases were treated with fenofibrate(200mg/d)for one month,the serum concentration of lipids and CsA were analyzed.Results:Treatment with fenofibrate for one month may marked reduced in serum TG and T-CHOL,uric acid.decreased TG was more significance.While change of LDL had no statistical significance.At the same time,serum HDL was increased.Concentration of CsA was no changed.Conclusions:Treatment with fenofibrate may decrease hyperlipidemia and uric acid in renal transplantation recipients,but CsA concentration unaffected.
