| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨podocin在肾小球滤过膜中的定位及其在肾病综合征蛋白尿发生中的可能作用以及肾上腺皮质激素和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂对其表达浓度的影响.方法:应用大鼠阿霉素肾病模型,分4组进行观察.结果:①podocin分布在靠近肾小球基底膜(GBM)的足突基底部,主要定位于裂隙隔膜的胞质面.②阿霉素肾病组肾组织中podocin表达较正常大鼠肾组织明显减少.③泼尼松治疗组、苯那普利治疗组podocin浓度增加.结论:podocin为肾小球上皮细胞裂孔隔膜上的主要结构蛋白;阿霉素肾病幼鼠肾小球podocin含量显著减少;泼尼松和苯那普利可能通过影响肾小球滤过膜中podocin表达浓度而起到减轻蛋白尿的治疗效果.
