| 摘 要： | 目的了解目前农村2型糖尿病的患病率,比较两个时期农村2型糖尿病患病率及其危险因素暴露率时间趋势。方法2007～2008年在河南省新安县两个乡镇整群随机抽取35～74岁农村人群16953人,对其进行代谢综合征患病率的调查,并和2000～2001年InterAsia研究的中国农村样本人群7647人进行比较。结果经2000年全国人口标化后,农村2型糖尿病患病率在七年间从5.27%上升到7.72%(χ2=8.57,P0.01)。2000～2001年研究表明,2型糖尿病患病率随年龄的增长而上升(χ2=50.1958,P0.01);2007～2008年的研究显示,55～64岁年龄组2型糖尿病患病率最高(12.64%)。比较两项研究发现,高血压、中心性肥胖、血脂异常的标化暴露率分别从26.82%、26.39%、20.45%升高到29.82%、46.1%、44.20%。结论农村2型糖尿病的患病率增长迅速且有年轻化的趋势,主要危险因素暴露率也呈上升趋势,预防控制刻不容缓。
