| 摘 要： | [目的]调查启东肝癌高发区不同人群乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）及丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）标志物的阳性率,并观察其变化趋势。[方法]收集启东肝癌患者、肝癌高发家族成员、HBsAg携带者、急性肝炎患者和自然人群共计1029例血清,分别做HBsAg、抗-HCV、AFP、ALT检测。[结果]抗-HCV阳性率自然人群与肝癌患者分别为1.00%与0.40%,自然人群HBsAg阳性率为8.00%,肝癌患者AFP阳性率为66.67%,均较历史资料有明显的下降;肝癌患者HB-sAg和ALT阳性率无明显变化;25岁以上自然人群ALT阳性率为7.50%;肝癌高发家族成员HBsAg阳性率为28.24%,与急性肝炎患者的28.99%基本相仿。[结论]乙肝和丙肝多项血清学指标阳性率的明显下降,可能预示着当地肝癌发病因素的改变或控制。
