| 摘 要： | 转移是恶性肿瘤治疗失败的重要原因之一。血瘀证与肿瘤转移有着一定的相关性,目前关于血瘀证和活血药对肿瘤转移的影响尚没有统一的结论。血瘀证与组织缺氧和缺氧诱导因子、血管内皮生长因子、细胞黏附分子表达的异常也有一定的联系,从上述分子水平明确血瘀证与肿瘤转移的关系、活血化瘀药物对肿瘤转移的影响,并对其作用机制进行深入研究,对丰富中医活血化瘀理论,寻找控制肿瘤转移的有效方法,指导肿瘤临床治疗具有重要意义。
