| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知行为护理疗法合并氯丙咪嗪对强迫症的疗效.方法将60例强迫症患者随机分为治疗组（30例）及对照组（30例）,治疗组给予认知行为护理疗法合并氯丙咪嗪,对照组单用氯丙咪嗪,应用耶鲁布朗量表（Y-BOCS）评定疗效;观察8 w.结果治疗2、4、6和8周末,治疗组减分率显著高于对照组,尤其对强迫行为疗效更好.结论认知行为护理疗法融入强迫症患者的治疗与护理中是有效的,且起效快.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing therapy combined with chlorimipramine for treating obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods 60 patients who with obsessive-compulsive disorder were divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Patients in both groups had been treated for 8 weeks.Treatment group was given cognitive behavioral nursing therapy and chlorimipramine.Meanwhile,control group was given chlorimipramine only.The clinical effect was assessed by Y-BOCS.Results The therapeutic efficacy of cognitive behavioral nursing therapy with chlorimipramine was significantly higher than that of chlorimipramine only.Conclusions Cognitive behavioral nursing therapy is effective for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. |
