摘    要:采用云南 2 0个县婴儿死亡及乡村卫生资源等资料 ,应用多元线性回归分析方法 ,研究乡、村两级卫生资源对婴儿死亡的影响。结果表明 ,在每千出生人口中 ,平均的乡妇产科医生数、乡防保组人数、乡卫生院接生人数、平均行政村医疗点数的增加均伴随着婴儿死亡数量的减少 ,呈高度的负相关。说明在贫困农村地区 ,配置配足乡妇产科医生数、乡防保组人数 ,提高住院分娩率是降低婴儿死亡率的一项有效措施。增加村级医疗点 ,加强村卫生室的建设 ,转变村医的服务职能 ,对降低婴儿死亡率有明显的促进作用

Abstract:With the data of the infants' death and the country health resource in the 20 counties of Yunnan Province, using linearity regression multi-analysis to study the impact of the country health resource on the infants' mortality. The results showed that with the decrease of the infants' death, per thousand of birth population the average doctors number of the village gynaecology and obstetrics department, the average number of the village prevention and protection groups, the midwives number in the county hospital and the average number of medical treatment sites at the administration village all increased, and presented high negative correlation. It made out that deploying enough personnel (including the doctors of the village gynaecology and obstetrics department, village prevention and protection groups) and raising the delivery rate at hospital were the effective measurement of reducing the infants' mortality. Increasing the medical treatment sites at village level, strengthening the village health department building, transforming the country doctors' service function to promote the decrease of the infants' mortality.
