带教护士的师资结构与带教效果的相关性研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨带教护士的学历结构、职称结构及年龄结构与带教效果的关系.[方法]选择我院5所教学医院97名带教护士为研究对象及进入上述5所医院实习的护理本科学生,对所实习科室带教护士带教效果进行评估.[结果]初级职称与中级职称带教护士的带教效果比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),而不同学历和年龄带教护士的带教效果比较均无统计学意义.[结论]中级职称护士是医院的中坚力量,是选拔带教护士的首选人群.

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the relationship between the structure of teaching nurses including structures of their educational level, the titles of a professional post and ages, and teaching effects. Method: A total of 97 teaching nurses from our 5 teaching hospitals were selected as subjects. And practicing undergraduate students from these 5 hospitals were taught by nurses. Teaching effects of them were evaluated. Results: In terms of the title of a technical post, there was significant difference on the teaching effects between those of primary titles of technical post and of intermediate level(P<0.01).There was no difference on the teaching effects between teaching nurses of different educational levels and ages. Conclusion:Nurses of intermediate level of technical post are the hard cores of hospitals. They should be the first consideration for teaching nurses.
