急性血管反应性试验的术中护理

目的 探讨行右心导管检查和肺动脉造影同时进行急性药物试验的安全性及术中护理.方法 39例急性血管反应性试验患者,男13例,女26例,年龄8-76(38±29.2)岁,根据年龄、性别和职业恰当地给予心理护理,降低病人绝望、恐惧、疼痛、焦虑、烦躁等不良情绪,让病人以最佳状态配合手术,使实验顺利成功.结果 试验成功率100％,术中无并发症.结论 有效的术中护理配合能为术者缩短手术时间,减少患者术中术后并发症,使实验顺利成功.

Intra-operative nursing for patients with pulmonary hypertension during acute vasoreactivi~ testing

Objective To study the safety of right cardiac catheterization,pulmonary arteriography and acute vasoreactivity testing in patients with pulmonary hypertension and their intra-operative nursing.Methods Thirty-nine patients with pulmonary hypertension(13 males,26 females) at the age of 8-76 years(38±29.2 years) who underwent acute vasoreactivity testing were nursed according to their age,sex and occupation to reduce their desperation,fear,pain,anxiety and dysphoria in order to ensure the success of acute vasoreactivity testing.Results The acute vasoreactivity testing was a 100% success with no intra-operative complications occurred.Conclusion Effective intra-operative nursing can shorten the operation time,decrease the intra-and post-operative complications and ensure the success of acute vasoreactivity testing.
