超声联合HE4诊断早期上皮性卵巢癌的 临床价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声联合新型肿瘤标志物HE4诊断早期卵巢癌的临床价值.方法 用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定36例卵巢癌患者(A组)及106例卵巢良性病变患者(B组)血清HE4水平,观察两组超声检测与术后病理结果.结果 1)A组血清HE4值显著升高,而RI值明显低于B组(P＜0.05).2)两种方法联合检测,敏感性为94.4％,特异性为95.3％,均高于单项检测.结论 超声与血清HE4联合检测可提高早期卵巢癌的诊断水平.

Clinical value of combined ultrasonography and human epididymis protein detection for the diagnosis of early epithelial ovary cancer

Objective To study the clinical value of combined color Doppler ultrasonography and human epididymis protein(HE4,a new tumor marker)detection for the diagnosis of early epithelial ovary cancer.Methods Serum HE4 level was measured in 36 patients with epithelial ovary cancer(group A) and in 106 patients with benign ovary tumor(group B) by ELISA.Their ultrasonographic and postoperative pathologic findings were observed.Results The serum HE4 level was significantly higher while the resistance index(RI) was significantly lower in group A than in group B(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined color Doppler ultrasonography and HE4 detection were 94.4% and 95.3% respectively,which were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasonography or HE4 detection alone.Conclusion Combined color Doppler ultrasonography and HE4 detection can improve the early diagnosis of ovary cancer.
