开放型分段式保温手术衣的研制与护理应用

目的探讨自制开放型分段式保温手术衣对保护患者体温的应用效果。方法选择2007年1-12月行腹部手术患者52例,随机分为干预组（n=26）和对照组（n=26）。干预组采用开放型分段式保温手术衣保温,对照组按常规护理保温,分别记录每组患者入室时、麻醉后、手术中、手术结束时的体温情况。结果干预组患者麻醉后30min、手术60min、手术120min、手术结束时体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论开放型分段式保温手术衣对术中患者的体温具有保护作用。

Design and application of an open segmented incubation operating coat

Objective To design an open segmented incubation operating coat and explore its effect on maintaining the patients＇ body temperature during surgery. Methods Totally 52 patients undergoing abdominal surgery were involved from January to December 2007,26 patients in the intervention group used the open segmented incubation operating coats,and 26 patients in the control group were given conventional incubation care. The patients in each group were observed for anus temperature at the time of admission,30 minutes after anesthesia,during operation,and operation end. Results There were significant differences in anus temperature 30 minutes after anesthesia,60 minutes, 120 minutes during operation and operation end between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusions The open segmented incubation operating coat helps to maintain the patients＇ body temperature during surgery.
