| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑缺血再灌注时大鼠外周血糖的变化。方法：大脑中动脉阻断缺血后，在再灌注３０，６０，１２０ｍｉｎ对外周血糖进行测定。结果：大脑局部缺血再灌注时，血糖明显升高。结论：以上资料表明应注意脑缺血再灌注时的血糖变化。

Expression of Fibronectin in Rat ProstateTissue During Experimental Hyperplasia |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of sex hormone on expression of fibronectin in rat ventral prostate tissue(RVP).Methods: Fifty-two male Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random:①normal control group;②castration group;③after castration combined with variable proportion of estrogen(E2) and testosterone(T) treatment group (C+E2/T group),Expression of the fibronectin in RVP was observed with immunohistochemical ABC methods.Results: ①The expression of fibronectin was increased in castration group (P<005);②the expression of the fibronectin was increased signficantly when E2/T >1∶250 in C+E2/T group (P<001).Conclusion:There was a significant direct relationship between the expression of the fibronectin in RVP and the content and the balance of E2 and T. |
