胃小弯全切术与传统胃癌根治术治疗远端胃癌的效果对比研究

目的对比研究胃小弯全切术与传统胃癌根治术治疗远端胃癌的效果。方法选取2016年6月～2018年10月我院住院治疗的远端胃癌患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用传统胃癌根治术治疗,观察组采取胃小弯全切术治疗。对比两组的淋巴结清除情况、术后并发症发生率及生活质量各项评分。结果术后观察组淋巴结清除数显著多于对照组,每例淋巴结平均清除数显著多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组无一例出现倾倒综合征,其并发症发生率为10.00%,显著低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的活动能力、日常生活、健康感受、家庭支持、生活感受各项评分分别为(8.3±2.5)分、(8.4±1.3)分、(8.2±1.5)分、(8.3±1.2)分、(8.9±1.2)分,分别显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论胃小弯全切术与传统胃癌根治术治疗远端胃癌的效果更好,能有效清除淋巴结,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者的生活质量。

Comparative study of the effect of total resection of lesser curvature and conventional radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer

Objective?To compare the effect of total resection of lesser curvature and conventional radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer.Methods?60 gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with each 30 cases.Patients in the control group were treated by conventional radical gastrectomy,while those in the observation group were treated by total resection of lesser curvature.The lymph node clearance,the incidence of postoperative complications and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results?The number of lymph node clearance in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group.The average number of lymph nodes in each case was significantly more than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no case of dumping syndrome in the observation group,and the complication rate was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that(33.33%)in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of activity,daily life,health feelings,family support,and life experience of the observation group were(8.3±2.5),(8.4±1.3),(8.2±1.5),(8.3±1.2),and(8.9±1.2)points,significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion?The effect of total resection of lesser curvature is better than that of conventional radical gastrectomy in treatment of distal gastric cancer,which can effectively clear lymph node,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
