铜陵市孕前育龄妇女生殖健康素养状况及其影响因素调查

目的了解铜陵市孕前育龄妇女生殖健康素养状况及其影响因素,为开展生殖健康素养促进提供循证依据。方法选取2017年5月-2018年2月到铜陵市妇幼保健机构婚孕门诊参加免费孕前优生优育检查的育龄妇女作为研究对象,实施现场问卷调查。结果 2 556名孕前育龄妇女的生殖健康总体素养的具备率为41. 55%,生殖健康相关知识、生殖健康相关生活方式和行为、生殖健康相关技能素养的具备率分别为27. 19%、86. 97%、8. 02%。多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示:年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭月收入、怀孕情况等是该人群生殖健康素养水平的重要影响因素。结论铜陵市孕前育龄妇女的生殖健康素养总体水平较低,应针对性加强孕前妇女生殖健康教育,提高婚孕人群生殖健康素养相关知识与技能水平。

Status and influencing factors of reproductive health literacy among women of child-bearing age before pregnancy in Tongling

Objective To understand the status of reproductive health literacy and its influencing factors among pre-pregnant women of child-bearing age in tongling city and to provide evidence basis for promoting reproductive health literacy. Methods Women of child-bearing age who took part in free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination at the marriage and pregnancy clinic to maternal and child health carehospital of Tongling from May 2017 to February 2018 were selected as objects of this investigation. Results The total rate of 2 556 pre-pregnant women of child-bearing age was 41. 55%. basic knowledge,lifestyles and behaviors as well as basic skills of reproductive health were27. 19%,86. 97% and 8. 02%,respectively. Multiariable Logistic regression model analysis showed that age,occupation,cultural level,family income,pregnancies were the important factors of reproductive health literacy level of pre-pregnant women. Conclusion The reproductive health literacy overall level among pre-pregnant women of child-bearing age in Tongling city is low,targeted to strengthen pre-pregnancy women’s reproductive health education improve population reproductive health literacy knowledge and skill levels among married and pre-pregnancy populations.
