压疮患者主要照顾者相关知识与自我效能的相关性

目的研究压疮患者主要照顾者相关知识及自我效能的相关性。方法选择我院2017年3月～2018年5月纳入的103例压疮患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象,均发放调查问卷表,分析压疮患者主要照顾者的相关知识掌握程度及自我效能情况。结果所有压疮患者主要照顾者对压疮相关知识的总分为(41.09±1.04)分;所有主要照顾者对相关知识得分较低条目所占比例分别为71.84%、61.17%、53.40%及66.99%;主要照顾者的自我效能感评分后发现,平均评分为(26.78±3.51)分,其中20分以下者有18例,占17.48%;所有压疮患者主要照顾者相关知识评分与自我效能感评分呈现正相关性(r=0.284,P=0.011)。结论压疮患者主要照顾者对相关知识掌握程度仍不足,应受到重点关注,增强主要照顾者的认知能力,从而进一步提升自我效能感。

Correlation between knowledge and self-efficacy of primary caregivers in patients with pressure ulcers

Objective?To study the correlation between knowledge and self-efficacy of the main caregivers of patients with pressure ulcers.Methods?The main caregivers of 103 patients with pressure ulcers from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects.Questionnaires were issued to analyze the relevant knowledge and self-efficacy of the main caregivers of patients with pressure ulcers.Results?The total score of the main caregivers of all pressure ulcer patients on pressure ulcer related knowledge was (41.09±1.04) points.The proportion of all major caregivers with lower scores on relevant knowledge was 71.84%,61.17%,53.40% and 66.99% respectively.After scoring the main caregiver''s self-efficacy it found that the average score was (26.78±3.51) points,of which 18 cases were less than 20 points,accounting for 17.48%.All the pressure ulcer patients'' primary caregiver related knowledge scores and self-efficacy scores showed a positive correlation(r=0.284,P=0.011).Conclusion?The main caregivers of patients with pressure ulcers are still insufficiently aware of the relevant knowledge,and should be paid more attention to.The cognitive ability of the main caregivers should be enhanced,thus further enhancing self-efficacy.
