| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨筋膜内全子宫切除术的临床应用价值。方法：对76例需子宫全切的患者施行改良筋膜全子宫切除术;并与50例传统腹式全子宫切除术（对照组）比较,观察分析临床疗效。结果：改良筋膜内全子宫切除手术简便、快捷、出血少、恢复快,与对照组相比较有差异。结论：改良筋膜内全子宫切除手术治疗子宫良性病变弥补了传统经腹全子宫切除术及次全子宫切除术的不足,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical application value of modified intrafascial complete hysterectomy.Methods：76 cases needed complete hysterectomy were performed modified intrafascial complete hysterectomy,and compared with 50 cases with traditional abdominal complete hysterectomy（control group）,observed and analyzed clinical efficacy.Results：Modified intrafascial complete hysterectomy was easy、quickly、few hemorrhage and quickly recovery,there were differences in the 2 groups.Conclusion：Modified intrafascial hysterectomy made up the disadvantages of traditional abdominal complete hysterectomy and complete hysterectomy for uterine benign disease,which was worthy popularizing in clinic. |
