乳腺癌钼靶X线诊断及误诊分析

目的：探讨乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的价值,分析误诊原因,进一步提高乳腺癌影像诊断水平。方法：搜集经病理证实的100例乳腺癌患者,术前均行乳腺钼靶摄影,钼靶X线诊断结果与病理结果对照比较。结果：100乳腺癌中,钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌81例,误诊19例（其中纤维腺瘤6例,增生8例,乳腺炎4例,正常1例）。结论：钼靶X线摄片对乳腺的诊断有重要价值,仔细分析钼靶X线病变特征并结合临床资料,有助于乳腺癌的诊断及减少误诊的发生。

The analysis of misdiagnosis and the Xray diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective:To study the mammographic characteristica of breast cancers,and to radiological diagnosis of breast cancers by analyzing the cause of misdiagnosis.
