| 摘 要： | 目的 分析64层螺旋CT对维吾尔、汉两民族心肌桥(MB)的检出率.方法 1350例患者接受64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像检查,341例诊断为MB,其中汉族260例,维吾尔族70例,回族7例,哈萨克族4例.计算64层螺旋CT对维吾尔、汉两民族MB的检出率,并对两民族的左前降支(LAD)近段、中段、远段、第一对角支(D1)、第二对角支(D2)、钝缘支(OM)、左回旋支(LCX)以及右冠状动脉(RCA)MB的发生率进行χ~2检验.结果 64层螺旋CT显示341例MB共439支血管走行在心肌内,其中汉族332支,维吾尔族92支,回族9支,哈萨克族6支;维吾尔、汉两民族各冠状动脉MB的发生率(包括LAD近段、中段、远段、D1、D2、OM、LCX、RCA)差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 64层螺旋CT空间分辨力高,对MB的检出率高;维吾尔、汉两民族各冠状动脉MB的发生率差异无统计学意义.
