| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨应用显微外科技术修复尿道下裂成形术后尿道皮肤瘘的治疗效果。方法 按三种方式显微外科修复阴茎部尿道皮肤瘘３７例４９个瘘口，瘘口间断内翻缝合２３例，横向旋转的复盖１０例和带蒂阴囊皮瓣转移４例。结果 显微外科修复一次手术成功率达８９．８％（４４／４９）。３例得期僵。１例再次手术治愈。结论显微修复组织损伤小，一次手术率和累积成功率高，明显优于统属一宏观下瘘口修补。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the microsurgical results of urethrocutaneous fistula after urethroplasty for hypospadias Methods Thirty seven cases with 49 fistulae were repaired by three microsurgical methods The inversion closure technique was performed for 23 cases The transversal rotated skin flap technique was adopted in 10 cases and scrotum pedicle island flap repair was carried out in 4 cases Results The one time operation success of microsurgical repair was acquired in 44 fistulae of 33 cases with a success rate of 89 8% (44/49) 3 cases were delayed healing and one case reoperative cure Conclusions The microsurgical repair for urethrocutaneous fistula is better than the traditional macrosurgical method in success rates of one time operation and total accumulation |
