中药煎药机对中药成分溶出的研究

摘    要:目的:考察中药煎药机制备汤剂时中药成分的溶出情况。方法:以黄芩、金银花、黄柏、苦参、山楂等药材中的标志性成分作定量指标。结果:①使用中药煎药机煎药与传统砂锅煎药在相同时间内,中药煎药机的中药成分溶出率明显优于传统砂锅。②煎药时间的长短影响中药成分的溶出率。⑧不同煎药次数中药成分的溶出量明显不同。结论:采用中药煎药机煎药2次,每次20min,中药成分的溶出量较高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To make an investigation the dissociation of efficacious essentials in preparing decoction by CMM extractor. METHODS:To make a quant itative analysis of featuer constituents of Radix Scutellatiae, Flos lonicerae, Cotex Phellodendri, Radix Sophorae flaver-centis, Fructus crataegi. RESULTS: The amount of the dissolution of the drugs chemical con-tituents by CMM extractor are more than it is by traditional earthenware pot in same times. 2. The amount of the dissolutions of the constituents is related to the frequencies of extract. 3. The extract times effect the amount of the dissolution of the constituents. CONCLUSION:It is feasible to improve the dissociation quatity of efficacious essentials for extracting twice and 20 min. a time by CMM exractor.
