| 摘 要： | 对何首乌的炮制进行历史沿革探讨及对现代炮制研究进行概述。结果认为何首乌历代炮制方法分净制、切制、不加辅料制、加辅料制、药汁制几大类，约２０余种炮制方法。现代对其炮制研究，在炮制工艺方面和炮制对其化学成分、药理作用、毒副作用的影响研究，均取得了一定的科学依据。但多局限在蒸和加黑豆拌蒸炮制方法的研究，而对历代沿革经临床应用具有一定疗效的多种炮制方法多未做深入的研究探讨即轻易失传沿用。由此提出，对何首乌历代沿用的炮制方法，应用现代科学技术多学科从化学成分、药理作用、毒副作用及临床药效等多方面进行深入的研究后，以继承发扬其精华，除去糟粕，确保临床用药安全有效

| Abstract: | Processing methods on Radix Polygoni multiflori in history and modern studies were studied and summarized. The result showed the processing methods were divided into cleaning and cutting, with additional material and without material altogether about 20 kinds of them. Study on pharmcological effect, chemical components, poisonous effect and preparation procedure all got scientific acheivement. Thus study on processing methods in history must use modern scientific skills in order to make sure of safety and efficacy in clinical use. |
