| 摘 要： | 目的评价中西医结合治疗法治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果。方法50例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在此基础上,联用中药。结束后对2组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.00%高于对照组的临床总有效率68.00%,具有显著差异（χ2=4.8780,P＜0.05,见表1）;观察组在治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效佳,而且也安全,建议临床进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the patients with CHF. Methods 50 cases with CHF in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 25 cases,and the control group was treated with Conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Conventional treatment combined with Traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical results were compared for these two groups. Results Observation of clinical total effective rate was 96.00% higher than the clinical total effective rate 68.00%, with significant difference （X^2=4.8780,P〈0.05,see table 1）Observer Group in the course of treatment were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is effective in treatment of the patients with CHF,which should be suggested in clinical experiences. |
