全颜面及颈部除皱术缝合时间的最小化控制

目的：探讨可以使全颜面及颈部除皱术的缝合时间最小化，同时达到良好缝合效果的各种手段和技巧。方法：对我科2006年10月至2007年10月间收治的25例全颜面颈部除皱术患者术中采用不同缝合区域选择不同缝线、双人协同合理分配缝合区域的方法，对缝合时间及术后效果进行总结分析。结果：通过不同区域采用相应缝线和双人协同合理分配缝合区域的方法，在术者缝合操作熟练程度相似前提下，可以使缝合时间控制在1h左右，较传统方法缝合时间缩短约30％，大大缩短了手术时间。术后观察缝合切口恢复良好。结论：通过以上手段的综合应用，可以大大缩短全颜面颈部除皱术的缝合时间并可达到良好的缝合效果。

Methods to minimize the suture time of whole face and neck rhytidectomy

Objective To investigate the methods and skil rhytidectomy and get the good suture effect. Methods We s to minimize the suture time of whole face and neck have developed the methods of suture by using different kinds of suture in different operation area and two people cooperating with each other in reasonable way for suturing. During 2006-10 to 2007-10, the methods have been applied in 25 patients who underwent whole face and neck rhytidectomy. Results Follow-up result shows that these methods can effectively shorten the suture time by about 30% compared with conventional way. The average suture time can be controlled around 1 hour based on the premise that the suture skill level of the manipulator is similar. The suture effect is good. Conclusion By using the methods mentioned above, we can effectively shorten the suture time and get good suture effect.
