结构式家庭治疗对青少年抑郁症的疗效研究

目的探讨结构式家庭治疗对青少年抑郁症患者的改善效果。方法对36例13～18岁青少年抑郁症患者（研究组）行结构式家庭治疗,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和家庭环境量表中文版对患者治疗前后进行测评,并与正常组40例进行比较分析。结果治疗后研究组汉密顿抑郁量表分[（10.74±3.79）分]明显低于治疗前[（24.33±2.87）分],但仍高于对照组[（5.83±1.78）分];治疗后研究组家庭量表中的情感表达、独立性、娱乐性因子分[（4.97±1.23）分、（5.12±1.07）分和（4.28±1.11）分]明显高于治疗前[（4.03±0.82）分、（4.56±1.02）分和（3.75±0.91）分],但仍低于对照组[（5.57±2.19）分、（5.67±1.39）分和（4.78±1.20）分]。结论结构式家庭治疗对青少年抑郁症患者的症状改善有一定疗效,并能一定程度上改善其家庭环境。

Effect of structural family therapy on adolescent depression

Objective To study the effect of structural family therapy on the depressive symptom and the family environment of the adolescent depression.Methods 36 adolescent depression patients aged from 13 to 18 were treated with structural family therapy and assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD)and by Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV) before and after therapy.The scores of HRSD and FES-CV in the depression group were compared with the control group.Results The score of HRSD after family therapy(10.74±3.79)was significantly lower than that before therapy(24.33±2.87) in depression group.The scores of HRSD before and after therapy were both significantly higher than that in control group(5.83±1.78).The factor scores of expressiveness,independence and active-recreational orientation after family therapy(respectively 4.97±1.23;5.12±1.07;4.28±1.11)were better than before therapy(respectively 4.03±0.82;4.56±1.02;3.75±0.91)in depression group and was lower than the control group(5.57±2.19;5.67±1.39;4.78±1.20).Conclusion Structural family therapy was effective in alleviating the depressive symptom and in promoting the family environment of the adolescent depression.
