| 摘 要： | 目的:评估一项综合干预措施对促进已婚流动女性生殖道感染求医行为的影响。方法:2008年在青岛市随机选择5个工厂进行为期6个月的干预,干预前后分别对研究对象进行调查。结果:已婚流动女性生殖道感染症状的自我报告率为42.2%。干预前的就诊率为54.3%,干预后为74.8%,干预前、后就诊率有显著差异(P<0.001),调整后OR为2.50(95%CI:1.79～3.48)。结论:实施综合干预后,自觉有生殖道感染的流动女性更可能去寻求健康服务。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of a comprehensive intervention service on health seeking behaviour related to re-productive tract infections（RTIS） among married female migrants. Methods： Five company sites were randomly selected in Qingdao and interventions were completed in six months and data were collected in two rounds independently （ before and after interventions）. Results： The self-report rate of RTIs symptoms was 42.2%. Before the intervention, the rate of health see-king behaviour was 54.3%, while after the intervention the rate raised to 74.8%, showing significant difference between them （ OR = 2. 50, 95% CI： 1.79 - 3.48, P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion ： Married female migrants who receive the comprehensive inter-vention are more willing to seek health service. |
