高频电针在龈下楔状缺损充填中的应用

目的比较排龈线和高频电针在龈下楔状缺损充填中的作用效果。方法将临床需要进行龈下楔状缺损充填的35例患者(82颗患牙)随机分为对照组及试验组,每组41颗患牙,对照组应用排龈线排龈,试验组应用高频电针进行龈切术后,两组均应用树脂充填缺损。分别对两组充填后1w和3个月出现悬突和充填体边缘不密合的发生率进行比较。比较两组治疗后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PPD)。结果试验组充填术后1w及3个月悬突和边缘不密合发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后SBI和PPD记录显示试验组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用高频电针龈切术后进行龈下楔状缺损充填效果良好,可以在临床推广。

The clinical application of ultra-high electrotome knife in filled wedge-shaped defect

Objective To compare the effect of the ultra-high electrotome knife and the gingival retraction cord in preventing the overhanging and the marginal adaptation in filled wedge-shaped defects.Methods Eighty two teeth with dental wedge-shaped defects of 35 patients were selected.The teeth were divided into 2 groups randomly with one group using the ultra-high electrotome knife and the other group using the gingival retraction cord.The marginal adaptation and the overhanging after one week and three month were evaluated.Results One week and three months after restoration,the incidence of overhanging and marginal in adaptation by matched group were significantly higher than experimental group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment group than in control group were each index,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that the ultra-high electrotome knife had high successful rate of composite resin for restoration of wedge-shaped defects.
