公立医院医德档案管理现状分析及对策探讨

分析了目前公立医院医德档案管理中存在着管理机构和管理人员队伍结构不尽合理、医德档案管理手段滞后、医德档案没有发挥应有作用等问题.并在分析以上问题的基础上,提出完善公立医院医德档案管理的对策:提高对医德档案重要性的认识、采取医德档案网络化先进管理手段、丰富考核内容并与医务人员的奖惩直接挂钩.从而通过医德考评的有效监督和医德档案的规范管理,使公立医院医务人员以高尚的医德、高超的医术为百姓服务,带动整个医疗卫生界医德医风建设的健康发展.

Current Situation and Countermeasure for Medical Ethics Archives Management in Public Hospitals

Based on the analysis of the problems exist in the current public hospitals’ medical ethical archives management such as the management institution and management personnel team structure is not rational,medical ethics archives management means lagged,medical ethics files management did not play its proper role and so forth,this paper proposed the countermeasures: improve the recognition of the importance of medical ethics files,take medical ethics network management and advanced archives examination content and rich and medical personnel directly contacted the rewards and punishment.Through the medical ethics effective supervision and examination of the medical ethics of archives management,making public hospitals supply the best services with lofty medical ethics,superb skills,pushing forward the construction of medical ethics.
