| 摘 要： | 加强和改进医学生职业精神教育的任务在于:教育医学生树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观；弘扬和培育人文精神；加强医学生的行为修养；深入开展素质教育.这需要充分发挥课堂教学在医学生职业精神教育中的主导作用,尤其是开设医学伦理学和医学人文社会科学课程.同时,还需努力拓展医学生职业精神教育的有效途径,包括注重临床实习、注重校园文化建设、校园网络建设以及加强师资队伍建设.

| Abstract: | The mission of strengthening and improving the professionalism education for medical students,is to educate medical students set up the correct outlook on life,the world and values;carry forward and foster the humanistic spirit;strengthen medical students’ behavior accomplishment;further develop the quality education.This needs the leading role of the classroom teaching in professionalism education in medical students,especially open the medical ethics and medical humanities and social science.Meanwhile,it still needs to expand the professionalism education for medical students in an effective way,including paying attention to the clinical practice,the construction of campus culture,campus network and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff. |
