腔内激光疗法联合透光旋切系统术治疗大隐静脉曲张50例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨血管腔内激光疗法联合透光旋切系统治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2010年12月50例62条肢体大隐静脉曲行血管腔内激光疗法联合透光旋切术治疗疗效及预后。结果 50例手术均按计划完成。手术一次治愈率96.7%,手术时间35~75 min,平均48 min。术后4例发生皮下片状瘀血,2例出现局部皮肤麻木。随访8个月无复发,小腿无瘢痕。结论血管腔内激光疗法联合透光旋切系统治疗大隐静脉曲张具有微创、手术时间短、术后无复发及美容效果好等优点。

Abstract:Objective To assess the combined effect of endovenous laser therapy and Transilluminated Powered Phlebectomy(TIPP) in treating the great saphenous vein varicosity. Methods 50 patients with lower extremity varicose vein received the combined treatment of endovenous laser therapy and TIPP. Results All treatments were completed as scheduled.The cure rate after one session of operation was 96.7%(60/62),and the mean duration 48 min(range: 35-75 min).Varicose vein disappeared and ulceration healed postoperatively.Neither recurrence nor remarkable scars were seen in the legs of all the patients during a follow-up of 8 months. Conclusions The combination of Endovenous laser therapy and TIPP used in varicose vein removal can reduce the trauma,shorten the operating time and produce cosmetic results.
