| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Bag-1蛋白在正常胃黏膜和胃腺癌组织中的表达,及其与胃腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法,分别检测20例正常胃黏膜、60例胃腺癌组织标本中Bag-1蛋白的表达。结果:Bag-1蛋白在胃腺癌组织中表达阳性率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织(P<0.05),并且其表达水平与肿瘤分化程度有关。结论:Bag-1基因与胃腺癌细胞的凋亡有关,其高表达在胃腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:This study was designed to investigate the relationship of Bag-1 protein expression in normal stomach mucosa and adenocarcinoma tissues,and its clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of Bag-1 protein in 20 normal stomach mucosa and 60 stomach adenocarcinoma tissues were examined with immunohistochemical staining.Results:The positive rates of Bag-1 protein in adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in normal stomach mucosa tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Bag-1 protein were related to the differentiation degree.Conclusion:In stomach adenocarcinoma.Bag-1 genes is related to cell apoptosis.The overexpression of Bag-1 protein plays an important role in the development and progression of stomach adenocarcinoma. |
