主讲教师责任制教学模式探讨

摘    要:通过对比分析主讲教师责任制教学模式与分配式教学模式下的学生学习成绩。结果发现前者显著地高于后者。因此应大力实施主讲教师责任制以密切师生关系,增强教师责任感,从而提高课堂教学质量及学生学习成绩。

Abstract:Through comparing students' achievements of one-teacher-responsible teaching and multi-teacher-responsible teaching,we found that students' achievements of one-teacher-responsible teaching were significantly higher than those of multi-teacher-responsible teaching(P <0.05).So one-teacher-responsible teaching should be carried out to improve the relationship between teachers and students,strengthen teachers' responsibility of teaching,and enhance teaching quality and students' achievements.
