硫酸镁对重度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察硫酸镁对重度支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的影响。方法重度支气管哮喘患儿42例,随机分为两组。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,辅以25mg/kg硫酸镁溶液静脉滴注和60mg/ml硫酸镁溶液2.5ml雾化吸入。对照组予地塞米松等效量静脉滴注0.75mg/(kg·d),2次/d;3d后监测哮喘缓解情况,哮鸣音消失时间、最大呼气峰流速(PEFR)、第1秒最大呼气率(FEV1%)、用力肺活量(FVC)、血气分析、血镁、尿镁等指标的变化。结果治疗组在哮喘缓解时间,哮鸣音消失时间,PaO2、PH、PEFR、FEV1%与对照组间差异有显著性。镁剂造成的不良反应轻微,两组药物反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论硫酸镁对重度支气管哮喘的症状和肺功能有明显改善。

Magnesium sulfate for severe asthma in children with pulmonary function

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of magnesium sulfate on severe asthma in children with pulmonary function. Methods Children with severe asthma 42 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group based on the conventional treatment, supplemented by 25 mg/kg intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate solution and 60 mg/ml magnesium sulfate solution 2. 5 ml inhalation. The control group equivalent to the amount of dexamethasone infusion 0.75 mg/( kg · d)intravenous drip, on the 1 st 2nd; 3 d after monitoring the situation to ease asthma, wheezing sound disappearance time, the largest peak expiratory flow rate ( PE- FR), the first seconds maximal expiratory rate (FEV1% ), forced vital capacity (FVC), blood gas analysis, blood magnesium, urinary magnesium changes in indicators. Results In the treatment group in time to alleviate asthma, wheezing sound disappearance time, PaO2, PH, PEFR, FEV1% and control group there was a significant difference. Magnesium agent caused minor adverse reactions, the incidence of drug reactions were not statistically significant. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate for severe asthma symptoms and lung function has improved significantly.
