腹腔镜与开放式腹股沟疝补片修补术的对比研究

目的：比较在高寒、高海拔地区腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果及优缺点。方法：对40例接受腹腔镜疝修补术（腹腔镜组）与58例接受开放式无张力疝修补术（开放式组）的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果：腹腔镜组手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间及术后住院时间短于开放式组（P〈0.05）,而住院费用高于开放式组（P〈0.05）。两组并发症的发生率及复发率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：在高寒、高海拔地区腹腔镜和开放式无张力疝修补术都是腹股沟疝的首选术式,可根据患者的个体差异选择合适的手术方式。

Comparative Study between Laparoscopic Repair and Open Inguinal Hernia Repair under High Altitude Condition

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect,advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopic repair and open tension- free hernia repair in the treatment of adults inguinal hernia at high altitude. Methods： The clinical data between march 2009 and Dec 2013 were assessed retrospectively in 40 and 58 cases who underwent laparoscopic repair（ laparoscopy group） and open tension- free hernia repair（ tension- free group）. Results： As compared with tension- free group,the laparoscopy group had shorter operation time,pain duration,hospitalization time after operation and higher hospitalization payment（ all P ＆lt; 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in incidence of complications,and recurrence rate between the two groups（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）. Conclusions： Laparoscopic hernia repair and open tension- free hernia repair are effective operation ways for inguinal hernia at high altitude,so they can be selected according to the needs of patients.
