| 摘 要： | 2013年10月10日，110指挥中心接报警称田地内大量麻雀死亡，怀疑有人在田地内投毒捕麻雀。森林公安民警迅速赶到现场，发现田地内有大量死亡的麻雀，勘验后将死亡麻雀及嫌疑人摩托车储物箱内玉米颗粒进行毒药物检验以明确是否存在投毒。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effects on the expression of Weifuchun Pill on chronic gastritis with dysplasia of the Rb gene. Methods By using gastroscopy confirmed by pathology for Chronic gastritis with dysplasia specimens were 100 cases, 50 eases were randomly divided into the treatment group（treated with Weifuehun Pill,Omeprazole and Sucralfate and 50 cases were divided into the control group （treated only with Omeprazole and Sucralfate）. Rb proteins were detected on the fixed part of the gastric mucosa before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment, the expression of Rb gene just had little change between the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group after the treatment. Conclusion The Weifuchun Pill could upregulate the expression of tumor suppressor genes Rb. This suggests that it be one of the mechanisms of Weifuchun Pill in gastric precancerous lesions. |
