脑器质性精神障碍患者临床表现及脑CT特征

目的分析脑器质性精神障碍患者的临床表现与脑CT之间的关系。方法通过对99例脑器质性精神障碍患者中精神症状的种类所占的百分比以及脑CT与精神症状的关系等进行分析。结果脑器质性精神障碍患者,表现以抑郁、焦虑、躁狂、精神病性症状、谵妄为主。CT检查以先天性畸形、脑血管疾病、脑囊肿与肿瘤、阿尔茨海默病性脑萎缩、脑白质病等表现为主。结论脑器质性精神障碍患者的症状与病期和发病部位有关,脑CT检查对脑器质性精神障碍的病因诊断至关重要。

Clinical Manifestations and Brain CT Characteristics in Patients With of Brain Organic Mental Disorders
