Business software wan used to intercept unqualified items in quality management in blood center,and problems were found on inconsistent of blood donation information,abnormalities of the examination conclusions contrast,and unreached blood collection interval.Improvement measures were proposed as follows：correct confirmation on donor identity; implementation of the management of blood label retrospective; rational use of rules to filter condition setting; strengthening collective donation management; establishment a sound management system on rejoin donors; full participation,and the implementation of quality management and quality evaluation.
