中文版8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷在2型糖尿病患者中应用的信效度评价

目的 探讨中文版8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷（MMAS-8）评估T2DM患者用药依从性的信效度.方法 选取T2DM患者182例,以中文版MMAS-8和用药依从性视觉模拟评分（MAVAS）为研究工具收集资料,采用信度分析、相关分析及因子分析等评价量表信效度.结果 中文版MMAS-8的Cronbach,5α系数为0.65,组内相关系数（ICC）为0.80.结构分析共提取2个公共因子,共解释总方差的45.4％.中文版MMAS8评分与MA-VAS评分相关（r=0.75,P＜0.01）.血糖达标（HbA1c＜7％）组MMAS-8评分较血糖未达标（HbA1 c≥7％）组高[（6.8±1.3）vs（5.6±1.7）,t=4.68,P＜0.01].结论 中文版MMAS-8信效度较好,可用于评估T2DM患者的用药依从性.

Evaluation of reliability and validity of application of the Chinese version of 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale （MMAS-8） applied to assess medication adherence of T2DM patients.Methods 182 T2DM patients were cross-sectionally studied.Chinese MMAS-8 and Medication Adherence Visual Analogue Scale （MA-VAS） were used to collect data that were conducted for statistical analysis,including reliability,Spearman correlation and factor analysis to evaluate the reliability and validity.Results The internal consistency determined by Cronbach＇s α was 0.65.Test-retest reliability expressed by the Intraclass correlation coefficient （ICC） was 0.80.Factor analysis indicated that MMAS-8 was composed of two factors which could explain 45.4％ of total variance.Significant correlations were found between MMAS-8 and MA-VAS （r =0.75,P＜ 0.01）.MMAS-8 score was significantly higher in good control （HbA1c＜7％） group than in poor control （HbA1c≥7％） group[（6.8±1.3） vs （5.6±1.7）,t=-4.68,P＜0.01].Conclusion The Chinese MMAS-8 is a simple,valid,reliable and clinically relevant tool to assess medication adherence in patients with T2DM.
