摘    要:目的:对评价血液透析患者营养状况的指标进行筛选和探讨。方法:采用统计学的R型聚类分析和相关分析方法,对营养指标进行筛选,分析透析时间和年龄对营养状况的影响。选择相对体重、上臂中部肌肉周径、三头肌皮褶厚度、白蛋白、转铁蛋白和纤维连接蛋白作为典型指标,这些指标相互间存在着较好的相关关系。结果:透析治疗时间及年龄对营养状况无显著影响。结论:上述六项指标可作为评价血透患者营养状况的典型指标,这有助于对血透患者的营养状况作定期的评价和监测。

Abstract:To select and discuss the parameters in assessing nutritional status of hemedialysis patients. Methods: Type Rcluster analysis of all parameters measured in the hemodialysis patients was done with the help of computer. The effects of duration of hemedialysis and age on nutrition were further studied. Results. Combined with the professional knowledge, RBW, TSFT, AMC, ALB, TF and FN were selected as typical parameters. These indices had significant relation with each other. Conclusion: The above six typical nutritional parameters were beneficial to assessing and observing the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients.
