疏经通督法推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的 观察疏经通督法推拿神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 临床对92例患者按随机、平行对照的临床试验原则,分为疏经通督推拿结合针刺组及常规推拿结合针剌组.结果 疏经通督推拿结合针刺组基本治愈率为60%,有效率为86%;常规推拿结合针刺组基本治愈率为45%,有效率为84%,2组治愈率间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论 疏经通督推拿法结合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好的基本治愈率.

Clinical Observationn on Massage Treatment of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis with Method of Dredging Meridians

OBJECTIVE To observe the of the method of dredging meridians in the massage treament of nerve root cervical spondylosis. METHOD Random and parallel control experiment was carried out on 92 patients, who were divided into a group treated with the method of dredging meridians plus acupuncture and another group treated with routine massage method plus acupuncture. RE-SULT In the treatment group, the cure rate and effective rate were 60% and 86%, while in the control group these figures were 45 % and84%,with marked differences in the cure rate(P<0.01). CONCLUSION The method of dreging meridians in massage com-bined with acupuncture give rise to satisfactory cure rate in the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis. But no statistical differences were detected in the effective rates of the two methods.
