| 摘 要： | 目的]研究在各种感染性休克体液修复过程中患者血清中C反应蛋白和降钙素原的变化。方法]检测48例感染性休克患者体液复苏各阶段血清中C反应蛋白及降钙素原的含量变化,将感染组与对照组、复苏前与复苏过程中各阶段作对比。结果]C反应蛋白和降钙素原在感染性休克患者较正常组升高,但在体液修复后二者水平都有回落,各阶段变化不相同,与病情有密切关系。结论]血清中C反应蛋白和降钙素原的水平与感染程度密切相关,可用来监测病情变化,判断预后和指导临床治疗。
