| 摘 要： | 与影像学方法比较,利用正电子成像和正电子成像/计算机成像,能更准确地检测到妇科肿瘤。2-[18F]氟-2-脱氧葡萄糖正电子成像用于鉴别淋巴结的良恶性、测量治疗后残留灶或复发灶的大小。在放疗计划制订中,正电子成像/计算机成像提供了更多的诊断信息,指导组织活检。本文就正电子成像和正电子成像/计算机成像在妇科肿瘤诊断、分期、复发、评价治疗效果和预后判断等方面的应用做一综述。
